In recent years, Nanchang High-tech Zone has been deeply engaged in the new model of capital empowerment for investment promotion. By taking market-oriented fund cooperation as the key point, it has precisely matched high-quality industrial resources, promoting the improvement of investment promotion quality and efficiency as well as the continuous optimization of the industrial ecosystem. Up to now, 11 industrial funds have been established in cooperation with market-oriented institutions, successfully facilitating the settlement of 12 high-quality projects.
Recently, Nanchang High-tech Zone and Shanghai IxCell Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. officially signed a contract for the project of a panoramic R&D and industrialization base for cell technology. The project focuses on the core field of cell pharmaceuticals to lay out R&D and industrialization carriers. The first phase will focus on building research and development pipelines for stem cell therapy and immune cell therapy, establishing a clinical-grade medium development platform and a stem cell drug production and sales center. The second phase plans to build a specialized production base for cell therapy products, further amplifying the industrial agglomeration effect.
